Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare and package each order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer standard shipping throughout the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number (if available).
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Lost or Stolen Packages
Motivated Vision is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.
Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with missing deliveries.

• Motivated Vision is not liable for any damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or incidents during play (for example, another player stepping on or tearing the socks).
• Keep your socks away from pets — they might think they’re toys!
