1. All Sales Are Final

 

Due to the nature of our products (athletic and performance wear), all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please double-check your order details — including quantity and shipping address — before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We’ll review your case and, if eligible, send a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Motivated Vision is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been shipped.

If your package shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your shipping carrier directly.

4. On-Field or User Damage

 

We are not liable for damage caused during play or training, including tears from other players, turf burns, or misuse.

Our products are built for performance — but once worn in active environments, we cannot guarantee replacement.

5. Care and Maintenance

 

Improper care (e.g., machine drying, exposure to pets, or neglect) may damage your socks.

Please follow our recommended care guidelines to maintain product quality.
